1. Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date.
- Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
2. No-Show Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
3. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Force Majeure:
- In case of natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
